MOQ explained: why 500 pieces for non-woven and 100 for canvas

Minimum order quantities are not a trick to push bigger orders. They come from how production actually works.

Fabric arrives in full rolls of fixed width. Printing screens and plates take time to prepare. Changing size or color mid-run wastes material. All of this setup cost has to be spread over the number of bags you order.

Our standard MOQs: non-woven and laminated bags 500 pcs; canvas bags 100 pcs, because canvas is sewn in smaller batches on flexible sewing lines; insulated food-delivery bags in our fixed sizes 500–1,000 pcs.

Below these quantities the unit price rises sharply, because the same setup is spread over fewer pieces. For a first test order this can still make sense — small trial orders are welcome, and we will quote honestly rather than refuse.
